Refund & Cancellation Policy

AMSHA NEXT GEN PRIVATE LIMITED

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, refunds, payment reversals, and operational recovery applicable to services facilitated through AMSHA NEXT GEN PRIVATE LIMITED ("AMSHA").

1. Booking Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled subject to operational feasibility.

Cancellation requests may be made through:

  • The Platform
  • WhatsApp
  • Customer support
  • Authorized representatives

2. Cancellation Charges

AMSHA may charge cancellation or operational recovery fees where:

  • Workforce deployment preparation has begun,
  • Transportation has been arranged,
  • Machinery allocation has occurred,
  • Drone scheduling has been completed,
  • Materials have been dispatched,
  • Operational resources have been blocked.

Charges may vary depending on time of cancellation, resource allocation, and operational losses incurred.

3. No-Shows

If a Farmer or User fails to honour a confirmed booking: operational charges may apply, future bookings may be restricted, and account suspension may occur.

If workers, suppliers, or operators fail to report without valid reason: payout deductions, penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent removal may apply.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be considered only where:

  • Services were not delivered,
  • Duplicate payments occurred,
  • Technical errors are verified,
  • Incorrect charges are confirmed.

Refund eligibility shall be determined solely by AMSHA after operational review.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Operational coordination costs
  • Transportation expenses
  • Resource blocking charges
  • Emergency deployment costs
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
  • Taxes and statutory charges where non-recoverable

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 business days depending on banking systems and payment providers.

Refunds shall generally be credited to the original payment source.

7. Disputes

Disputes relating to refunds or cancellations must be reported within 48 hours of service completion, OR 48 hours of scheduled booking time.

AMSHA reserves the right to reject delayed or unverifiable claims.

8. Fraud & Abuse

AMSHA reserves the right to deny refunds, hold payments, suspend accounts, or recover operational losses in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, repeated abuse, fake bookings, or payment manipulation.

9. Force Majeure

Refunds may not apply for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, floods, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, network failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
