Pricing Terms

1. Pricing Structure

Pricing on the Platform may include:

• Agricultural labour charges
• Workforce deployment fees
• Machinery rental charges
• Drone operation fees
• Material and input costs
• Transportation charges
• Logistics costs
• Coordination fees
• Platform service charges
• Applicable taxes

2. Dynamic Pricing

Prices may vary based on:

• Region
• Seasonal demand
• Worker availability
• Distance and logistics
• Quantity
• Skill requirements
• Urgency
• Weather conditions
• Operational complexity
• Market conditions

Pricing communicated during booking shall be considered indicative unless expressly confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

Payments may be collected online, through payment gateways, via bank transfer, through authorized representatives, or through field staff where applicable.

Users agree to make timely payments as instructed by AMSHA.

4. Payment Release

Payments to workers, suppliers, operators, or service providers may be processed only after:

• Work completion confirmation,
• Delivery confirmation,
• Operational verification,
• Mutual acknowledgement by relevant parties.

AMSHA reserves the right to hold settlements, delay payouts, adjust operational charges, deduct penalties, or recover dues in case of disputes, fraud, cancellations, damages, or operational losses.

5. Taxes

Applicable GST or other taxes may be charged in accordance with Indian law. Users are responsible for complying with their own tax obligations.

6. Third-Party Costs

Additional costs charged by third-party providers including fuel costs, toll charges, permit charges, equipment damage charges, loading/unloading charges, and emergency operational costs may be separately applicable.

7. Pricing Modifications

AMSHA reserves the right to modify pricing structures at any time without prior notice.

8. Disputes

Pricing disputes must be reported within 48 hours of booking completion. Delayed claims may not be considered.
