The app simplifies the process of finding and hiring skilled labor by providing contact details to active members who pay a membership fee of ₹200 INR per month or per year.
Notably, Amsha does not handle wage transactions or tracking, leaving payment arrangements to the discretion of the users. Additionally, Amsha features a special category called Amsha Promise, which highlights agents and workforces that meet certain quality standards. For Amsha Promise workforces, the app collects a small fee ranging from ₹10 INR to ₹3000 INR, depending on the number of laborers and the duration of their booking. This fee is charged to provide the contact details of the agent supplying the workforce, with no liability on Amsha for the workers' performance.
