To cancel an order, customers should use the cancellation option in the app or contact customer support. To initiate a refund, customers should contact customer support with their order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
If a customer cancels an order after the 7 day cancellation window, a cancellation fee depending upon how much the service has progressed after the order placement.
